Tire Technician / Lube Technician
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a well-established local Tire and Auto Service Company to find their next Tire Technician / Lube Technician in Redding, CA.
This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience working in an automotive shop as either a tire technician or lube technician. If you have experience in one area, this company is willing to train you in the other! They're looking for a dependable team player with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Tire Technician / Lube Technician Compensation:
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time opportunity

Tire Technician / Lube Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an automotive shop as either a Tire Technician or Lube Technician
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in both tire and lube services
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk, stand, and lift as needed throughout the workday
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Tire Technician / Lube Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and related tire services
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance services
- Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs while providing excellent customer service
- Safely operate shop equipment and hand tools
- Test drive vehicles as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist fellow technicians and other team members as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate recommended services professionally
