This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily shop operations.
The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable supervising a team of mechanics and yard personnel while ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Shop Foreman – Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Full-time, in-person position

Shop Foreman – Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations, including mechanics, technicians, and two yard employees
- Coordinate repair schedules, workflow, and job priorities to ensure timely completion
- Review repair jobs with mechanics to understand work needed and monitor progress
- Meet with customers during equipment drop-off to discuss concerns and repair needs
- Communicate customer requests and equipment issues to technicians and service writers
- Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly and meet company standards
- Coordinate with service writers, parts, and sales departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Address equipment breakdowns, urgent repairs, and customer concerns as needed
- Maintain shop safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, and overall shop efficiency
Shop Foreman – Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience supervising mechanics, technicians, or shop personnel preferred

Fundraising Manager – Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, sales, account management, or another revenue-generating role
- Previous leadership or team management experience required
- Experience managing budgets and working toward measurable revenue goals
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop effective systems, analyze data, and improve processes
- Experience managing outside vendors or agencies
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous nonprofit fundraising experience preferred
- Familiarity with donor management software or CRM platforms; DonorPerfect experience is a plus
- Experience with grant writing, donor stewardship, or planned giving preferred
- CFRE certification or pursuit of a fundraising credential is a plus
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a drug test
