Temporary Document Scanning & Office Support
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Property Management Company to find their next Temporary Document Scanning & Office Support Specialist. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working efficiently with computers and office equipment in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Temporary Document Scanning & Office Support Specialist Compensation:
• $20.00 – $22.00 per hour DOE
• Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
• 30–60 days, with potential opportunity for long-term placement

Temporary Document Scanning & Office Support Specialist Qualifications:
• Prior office administration or administrative assistant experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn software systems (AppFolio experience a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable operating commercial printers and scanners
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage large volumes of documentation efficiently
• Reliable and able to work well in a team environment

Temporary Document Scanning & Office Support Specialist Responsibilities:
• Scan large volumes of paper documentation using a commercial printer/scanner
• Organize, accurately name, and categorize digital files
• Upload and manage documentation within AppFolio
• Work collaboratively with a team member to complete project goals
• Ensure accuracy and organization of all digital records
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation
