Production Worker
O2 Employment Services is working with a local manufacturing company to find their next Production Worker. This position is located in Redding, CA and is a full-time opportunity in a casting shop.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable performing hands-on production work in a shop environment. This is an entry-level position and may be a great fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys physical work, and is looking to learn production and concrete casting processes.
Production Worker Compensation:
- $19.00 per hour
- Full-time schedule
- 40 hours per week

Production Worker Qualifications:
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a shop environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical labor and general clean-up duties
Production Worker Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up molds in the casting shop
- Help with casting processes as directed
- Perform general clean-up and shop maintenance
- Move materials and assist with production tasks
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support the team with additional duties
