Pool Route Tech
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local pool company to find their next Pool Route Technician in Redding, CA. This full-time, long-term opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and takes pride in keeping pools clean, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently while building strong relationships with customers.
Pool Route Technician Compensation:
- $19.00 per hour
- Full-time, long-term opportunity

- Company vehicle provided during work hours
Pool Route Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV record (required for company vehicle insurance)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and company-specific background check
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Previous pool maintenance experience is a plus but not required
Pool Route Technician Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools
- Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure proper water quality
- Brush pool walls and tile, vacuum pools, and skim debris as needed
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pool filters
- Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling to customer locations
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during each service visit
- Build positive relationships with customers through reliable, quality service
- Perform other duties as assigned
