O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Boat & RV Dealership Company to find their next Parts & Accessories Sales Specialist. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, customer-focused, and motivated with a strong interest in boating, RVing, or outdoor recreation, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Parts & Accessories Sales Specialist Compensation:
• $18.00 per hour

Parts & Accessories Sales Specialist Qualifications:
• Sales or retail experience preferred (automotive, marine, or RV experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Interest in boating, RVing, or outdoor recreation highly desirable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Parts & Accessories Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories for boats and RVs
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain organized inventory and showroom displays
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers
• Support overall dealership customer experience
