O2 Employment Services is partnering with a well-established local insurance agency to find their next Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent in Redding, CA. This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients find the right coverage for their personal and commercial insurance needs.
The ideal candidate will have an active Property & Casualty license, strong knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance, and the ability to confidently educate clients while identifying opportunities to grow their book of business.

Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent Compensation:
• Starting at $25.00 per hour, plus commission
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Medical, dental, vision, and term life insurance
• This is a TEMPORARY position with potential to become long term 

Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent Qualifications:
• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Strong knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance products and policies
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance agency management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
• Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate commercial and personal lines coverage
• Prepare quotes, explain policy options, and answer client questions by phone, email, and in person
• Manage an existing book of business, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and underwriters
• Stay current on industry regulations, market trends, and insurance products
• Perform other duties as assigned
