Insurance Agent
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable insurance agency to find their next Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, a current Property & Casualty license (or be in the process of obtaining one), and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients while assisting them with their insurance needs.
Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent Compensation:
- $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
- Opportunities for bonuses and commissions
Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent Qualifications:
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License required (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
- Previous insurance agency experience preferred
- Life and Health License preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and dependable demeanor
- High school diploma or GED required
Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
- Answer client questions regarding coverage options and policy details
- Process applications, policy updates, and insurance documentation
- Generate insurance quotes and present coverage recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records and agency databases
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to provide exceptional service
- Work closely with insurance carriers and underwriters as needed
- Support agency growth through relationship building and client retention efforts
