HVAC Service Technician
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable local HVAC company to find their next HVAC Service Technician. This position is based in Anderson, CA.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems efficiently.

HVAC Service Technician Compensation:
• $24–$26 per hour DOE

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of professional HVAC experience required
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Identify issues and recommend effective solutions
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service while on job sites
