HVAC Installer

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable HVAC company to find their next HVAC Installer / Lead HVAC Installer. This position is based in the Redding area.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and experienced in HVAC installation, with the ability to work independently or lead a small crew depending on experience level.

HVAC Installer / Lead HVAC Installer – Compensation
Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Full-time opportunity
  • Monday–Friday schedule (No Saturdays)
  • 10-hour shifts (4 days per week – Alternative Workweek Schedule)
  • Occasional out-of-town work may be required

HVAC Installer / Lead HVAC Installer – Qualifications
  • Previous residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation experience required
    • Installer: Minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation experience
    • Lead Installer: Minimum of 1 year of experience leading HVAC installation projects or crews
  • Ability to install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems and components
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Ability to lead and manage a crew of 2–4 installers (Lead role)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record required
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to working a full-time schedule
HVAC Installer / Lead HVAC Installer – Responsibilities
  • Install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform installations independently or lead installation projects based on experience level
  • Read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Lead, train, and coordinate crew members on job sites (Lead role)
  • Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects as needed
