Collision Estimator
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable company to find their next Collision Estimator. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience within the collision repair industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in insurance repair processes, and comfortable communicating with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process.
Collision Estimator Compensation:
• $85,000 - $95,000 annually
• Full-time position

Collision Estimator Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of collision estimating experience required
• I-CAR training preferred
• Experience with CCC estimating software required
• Experience with Mitchell estimating software preferred
• Knowledge of DRP programs and insurance repair procedures preferred
• TESLA certification or experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines, processes, and expectations
• Work directly with insurance companies to negotiate and finalize repair estimates
• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow
• Review vehicle damage and identify all necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process
• Monitor repairs and provide updates to customers as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high-quality repair standards are met
