O2 Employment Services is working with a local manufacturing company to find their next Casting Shop Laborer. This position is based in Redding, CA and supports the production of precast molds in a hands-on shop environment.

Mold Shop Laborer Qualifications
Previous labor or manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (drills, impacts, etc.)
Willingness to learn and safely operate saws, including a table saw
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Reliable with a strong work ethic

Mold Shop Laborer Responsibilities
Sand foam and polyurethane materials as part of mold creation
Cut materials using various saws
Operate hand tools and power tools
Assist in building negative molds for precast production
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Mold Shop Laborer Schedule
Monday–Friday, full-time, 5am - 1:30pm
Occasional Saturdays based on production needs
