O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable HVAC company to find their next HVAC Installer in the Redding area. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on HVAC installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow their skills.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team to complete HVAC installations safely and efficiently.

HVAC Installer – Compensation & Schedule
  • $20.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Full-time opportunity
  • Four 10-hour shifts (Alternative Workweek Schedule)
  • Monday–Friday availability (No Saturdays)
  • Occasional out-of-town work may be required

HVAC Installer – Qualifications
  • Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience with an HVAC company required
  • Experience installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow installation instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Clean DMV record required
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
HVAC Installer – Responsibilities
  • Install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems and components
  • Assist with equipment replacements, system upgrades, and new installations
  • Follow installation specifications, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Work alongside team members to complete installations efficiently and accurately
  • Troubleshoot installation-related issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects as needed
