General Laborer
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable construction company to find a General Laborer in Dunsmuir, CA.
This position involves a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, including remodeling, renovations, concrete work, painting, and general property maintenance. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and have general knowledge of construction and labor-related tasks. This position will begin as part-time during the winter months, with the potential to transition into a long-term, full-time opportunity.
General Laborer Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- Part-time during winter months with long-term, full-time potential
General Laborer Qualifications
- General knowledge of construction, remodeling, and labor-related tasks
- Experience with concrete work, painting, siding, or basic repairs preferred
- Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
- Willingness to perform a variety of construction and cleaning tasks
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to surrounding areas occasionally as needed
- Residence in or near the Dunsmuir area preferred
General Laborer Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial construction and renovation projects
- Perform general concrete work and assist with concrete preparation and finishing
- Support remodeling, reconstruction, and repair projects
- Complete interior and exterior painting tasks
- Assist with siding installation and general property maintenance
- Perform cleaning, debris removal, and job site preparation
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Travel to surrounding areas for projects as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
