Chiropractic Billing Specialist
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local chiropractic office to find their next Medical Biller. This position is ideal for an experienced medical billing professional who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with insurance companies, patient accounts, and billing records in a busy healthcare environment.
Medical Biller Compensation & Benefits:
- $22 per hour
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered through O2 Employment Services

Medical Biller Qualifications:
- Previous medical billing experience required
- Chiropractic medical billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance claims, billing procedures, and medical terminology
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities
Medical Biller Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate medical insurance claims
- Review claims for errors and missing information
- Post insurance and patient payments
- Follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and payment issues
- Maintain accurate patient billing records
- Assist patients with billing questions and account balances
- Monitor outstanding accounts and accounts receivable
- Correct billing discrepancies and resubmit claims as needed
- Provide additional administrative support to the chiropractic office
