Masonry Laborer
O2 Employment Services is working with a local masonry company in Redding, CA to find their next Masonry Laborer. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a great local company and the potential for long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will have general construction or labor experience, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic. Previous masonry experience is preferred but not required for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Masonry Laborer – Compensation & Schedule:
$20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Schedule may vary slightly depending on project needs

Masonry Laborer – Qualifications:
General knowledge of construction and/or labor work required
Masonry experience preferred, but not required
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Ability to read and use a measuring tape
Comfortable working in an active construction environment
Ability to perform physical labor and lift construction materials as needed
Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and take direction
Masonry Laborer – Responsibilities:
Assist with masonry projects involving stone, brick, block, and other materials
Mix and handle mortar and construction materials
Measure, cut, move, and prepare materials for installation
Assist experienced masonry team members with project needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Perform general construction and labor duties as assigned
Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
