HVAC Receptionist

O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable HVAC company in Redding, CA to find their next Receptionist. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a friendly, organized professional who enjoys providing excellent customer service while supporting a busy office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

HVAC Receptionist Compensation:
  • $16.90 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered through O2 Employment Services
  • Full-time, long-term opportunity
HVAC Receptionist Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience required
  • Prior experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in the HVAC, construction, or service industry is preferred but not required
HVAC Receptionist Duties:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule service calls and coordinate technician appointments
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general office organization
  • Prepare and maintain customer records and work orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates
  • Support the office team with additional administrative duties as assigned
