Project Manager
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable construction company to find their next Project Manager. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be a strong construction leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This individual will oversee projects from contract through completion while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
Project Manager Compensation:
- $90,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience (adjust if needed)

Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction experience
- 3+ years of direct field experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and change order management
- Strong understanding of project financials, cost tracking, and cash flow
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management software
- Experience with modular, multifamily, commercial, or design-build construction is a plus
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from contract award through project close-out
- Lead client meetings and provide project updates, schedules, and action items
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial performance
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners
- Manage subcontractor buyouts, contracts, and change orders
- Perform site visits to monitor quality, progress, and project safety
- Oversee punch lists, warranty documentation, and project close-out packages
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget
