Recruiting Specialist
O2 Employment Services is looking to add a Recruiting Specialist to our growing team in Redding, CA! Recruiting Specialist Compensation:
- $24.00 – $32.00 per hour DOE

Recruiting Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits preferred
Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with job seekers and client companies
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information in recruiting software
- Follow up with clients and employees to ensure successful placements
- Assist with business development by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
