Lube Tech / Automotive Technician
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local automotive dealership seeking a motivated Automotive Technician / Lube Technician who has general mechanical knowledge, oil change experience, or a strong interest in growing within a dealership environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on automotive maintenance experience, including oil changes and basic service work, or someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive service with training and advancement potential.
Automotive Technician / Lube Technician – Compensation & Benefits
• $18.00 per hour

Automotive Technician / Lube Technician – Qualifications
• General automotive, mechanical, or lube technician experience preferred
• Experience performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, or basic vehicle maintenance strongly preferred
• Formal automotive training not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Basic hand tools preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, or basic vehicle maintenance strongly preferred
• Formal automotive training not required

Automotive Technician / Lube Technician – Responsibilities
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and basic repairs
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance needs and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors
• Support senior technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and dealership service procedures
• Learn dealership safety standards, service workflows, and quality expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance needs and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors
