HVAC Install Helper

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable local HVAC company to find their next Install Helper. This a temporary position and is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have previous construction or HVAC experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry while gaining hands-on installation experience.

HVAC Install Helper Compensation:
  • $20 – $25 per hour DOE
  • TEMPORARY - about 2 weeks 
  • 7:30AM to 4:00PM
HVAC Install Helper Qualifications:
  • Previous construction or HVAC experience required
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
HVAC Install Helper Responsibilities:
  • Assist HVAC Install Technicians with residential and commercial system installations
  • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
  • Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and other HVAC components
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
  • Perform other installation-related duties as assigned
