Corporate Controller
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable company to find their next Corporate Controller. This full-time exempt position is ideal for an experienced finance leader with a strong accounting background and experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchise operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to support strategic growth through financial reporting, compliance, and operational insight.
Corporate Controller Compensation:

Corporate Controller Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP/accounting software, payroll systems, and financial tools preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Oversee accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, and financial reporting
• Manage outsourced accounting relationships
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee risk management, claims, audits, and insurance renewals
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Coordinate external audits and banking relationships
• Strengthen internal controls and financial procedures
• Partner with operations leadership to improve financial performance across locations
• Support growth initiatives including new restaurant openings and acquisitions
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members
• Help build scalable financial systems and processes to support company growth
