Insulation Helper
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable construction company to find their next Insulation Installer. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, including framing and working with walls and 2x4s. Candidates should also have prior attic and insulation installation experience, be comfortable working in hot attic environments, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds while wearing proper PPE, including a mask.
Insulation Installer Compensation:
• $25 to $31/hr
• Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2

Insulation Installer Qualifications:
• Previous construction experience required
• Experience with insulation installation required
• Knowledge of framing, walls, and 2x4 construction
• Comfortable working in attics and hot environments
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Ability to wear proper PPE, including masks/respirators

Insulation Installer Responsibilities:
• Install insulation in residential and/or commercial properties
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
• Assist with construction-related tasks as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
