Sterilization Technician
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable dental office to find their next Sterile Tech. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have prior front office experience, a positive and welcoming personality, and strong customer service skills, along with the ability to assist with sterilization and operatory cleaning.

Sterile Tech Compensation:
• $18 - $21/hour
• Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
• Part Time; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, from approximately 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Sterile Tech Qualifications:
• Previous dental office experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling and dental software (Dentrix preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Sterile Tech Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and manage front office duties, including scheduling
• Utilize dental software for patient records and appointments
• Clean operatories and maintain a sterile environment
• Sterilize dental tools and equipment
• Support the team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
