O2 Employment Services is working with a local automation and engineering company to find their next Project Management / Administrative Support professional. This role plays a key part in keeping projects organized, on track, and running efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
Project Management / Administrative Support – Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Project Management / Administrative Support – Qualifications
- Previous administrative or project coordination experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in construction, engineering, or technical environments is a plus
Project Management / Administrative Support – Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and tracking timelines
- Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and communication
- Maintain organized project files and records
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients as needed
- Track materials, orders, and project progress
- Provide general administrative support including emails, data entry, and follow-ups
