O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Automotive Repair Company to find their next Journeyman Automotive Mechanic. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dependable automotive professional with strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. They should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Compensation:
$35.00 – $50.00 per hour DOE

Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of automotive mechanic experience required
ASE Certification preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Ability to use a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs or part replacements
Maintain accurate repair records and communicate effectively with team members
Ensure all work meets company and safety standards
