Tourism Specialist
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Company to find their next Tourism Specialist. This position is part-time, regular role in Anderson, CA.
 
Tourism Specialist Compensation:
  •  $17
  • Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
  • 12-20 hours a week
Tourism Specialist Qualifications:
  • Positive and pleasant personality with an interest in learning about California tourism services and attractions
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills
  • Professional verbal and phone communication skills
  • Retail or cash-handling experience preferred
  • Ability to kneel, squat, climb a ladder, reach, and lift/carry up to 40 pounds
 
Tourism Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer questions, and provide travel planning suggestions
  • Develop knowledge of tourism resources, services, and commonly asked visitor information
  • Perform opening, closing, and minor daily maintenance duties for the business
  • Conduct retail transactions, maintain gift shop inventory, and support overall store operations
  • Assist with business inventory management and bulk mail projects (stuffing, sorting, organizing)
  • Create and support social media posts, member correspondence, and special projects as assigned
