O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable local Tire and Auto Service Company to find their next Tire Technician. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on tire experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced shop environment.
Tire Technician Compensation:
- $19 – $22 per hour, depending on experience

Tire Technician Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as a tire tech
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk, and stand
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service skills
Tire Technician Responsibilities:
- Service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components while providing excellent customer service
- Install and service hydraulic and electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering components
- Use shop equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
- Assist other employees as needed
- Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services
- Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified team members when appropriate
