O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable pediatric specialty healthcare clinic to find their next Front Desk Coordinator. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a pediatric healthcare setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment for children and families are essential.
Front Desk Coordinator Compensation:
• $20 – $23 per hour
• Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
• Flexible schedule (approximately 20 hours per month)

Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications:
• Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with families and children
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems; tech-savvy preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Team-oriented attitude with a welcoming presence

• Greet and check in families and children in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
• Maintain patient and family records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Perform light administrative duties including filing, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies
• Maintain an organized and tidy front office area
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure efficient daily operations
• Greet and check in families and children in a professional and welcoming manner
