O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable graphic design & signage company to find their next Project Coordinator. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and customer-focused, with strong multitasking skills and a knack for keeping projects moving—coordinating details, schedules, permits, and paperwork from intake through closeout.

Project Coordinator Compensation:
  • $21.00 – $30.00 per hour, DOE
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday

Project Coordinator Qualifications:
  • 1–3+ years in office administration, project coordination, or customer service (sign/graphic design industry experience a strong plus)
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and documentation skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and installers
  • Comfortable juggling multiple requests, deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and project/CRM software; able to learn company systems quickly
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and dependable
  • Ability to read basic surveys/drawings is a plus

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary client contact for new inquiries, quotes, and project updates
  • Create and maintain project files; track milestones, dates, and required documents
  • Schedule subcontractors/technicians for local and out-of-state work; coordinate travel/lodging when needed
  • Prepare and submit permit packets to cities/counties; track approvals
  • Review surveys/drawings for completeness before ordering materials or submitting permits
  • Order materials; issue purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
  • Draft job orders for installers and coordinate timelines with the office manager
  • Close out completed jobs and hand off accurate documentation to accounting
  • Maintain tidy, accurate filing of project documents, permits, and invoices
  • Receive and inventory incoming materials; update records
  • Answer phones and emails promptly with professional, helpful customer service
  • Keep the CRM/PM systems up to date with notes, dates, and status changes
