O2 Employment Services is working with a local medical equipment manufacturing company to find their next Operations Coordinator. This position supports daily operational functions through a blend of administrative, logistical, and customer-focused responsibilities. This role is based in the Redding, CA and is part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as skills develop.

Operations Coordinator Compensation & Schedule
  • $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Part-time schedule to start, with growth to full-time potential

Operations Coordinator Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of administrative support experience
  • Minimum five years of QuickBooks (Online preferred) or similar bookkeeping software experience
  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience or comfort working within a manufacturing or operational environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional and courteous customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and retain multi-step processes
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and in person
  • Perform accurate data entry, filing, and record maintenance for customers, vendors, and business operations
  • Support bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online or similar software
  • Assist in developing and testing detailed front-office procedures
  • Coordinate shipments, manage inventory support, and communicate with vendors and suppliers
  • Complete local errands such as supply pickup and bank deposits
  • Track operational data and support purchasing of office and facility supplies
