O2 Employment Services is working with a local Medical Practice who is looking for an Office Manager. This is a full-time, regular role in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate for an Office Manager is a highly organized, compassionate, and experienced healthcare administrator who can manage daily operations, support medical staff, and ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience. 

Compensation of the Office Manager:
  • $30- $40 per hour, depending on experience
  • Vision, dental, medical offered through O2 

Qualifications of the Office Manager:
  • 2+ years of experience in medical office management (required)
  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, Kareo, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skill
  •  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
  • Supervise front desk and administrative staff
  • Manage scheduling, billing, and patient flow
  • Oversee insurance verification, authorizations, and claims processing
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
  • Coordinate office procedures and improve workflow efficiencies
  • Handle staffing, onboarding, and performance review
  •  Monitor inventory and order medical/office supplies
  •  Serve as a liaison between providers, staff, and patients
  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
