O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable construction company to find their next Office Assistant. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a busy construction office environment while managing phones and daily administrative tasks.

Office Assistant Compensation:
 • $22–$25 per hour
 • Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
 • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Office Assistant Qualifications:
 • Prior experience in an office setting (construction office experience preferred)
 • Proficient in Microsoft Office
 • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
 • Familiarity with DOT regulations is a huge plus
 • Strong communication and organizational skills

Office Assistant Responsibilities:
 • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
 • Filing and maintaining organized records
 • Assisting with everyday office and administrative tasks
 • Supporting the team with general clerical duties
