Occupational Therapist
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable local therapy provider to hire two (2) Occupational Therapists to support pediatric populations across multiple settings in Redding, CA and surrounding areas. Long-term or temporary positions available.
We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
  • Early Intervention Occupational Therapist
  • School-Based / Pediatric Occupational Therapist
The ideal Occupational Therapist is compassionate, adaptable, and motivated to provide high-quality care to children and families in early intervention and school-based environments.

Occupational Therapist Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $79,902 – $122,515 annually
  • Expected Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
  • Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 for qualified applicants

Occupational Therapist Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
  • Active California Occupational Therapy License required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, outpatient, or early intervention settings preferred
  • Local candidates without prior experience may be trained
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric, early intervention, and school-aged clients
  • Plan and manage therapy schedules
  • Conduct evaluations and developmental assessments
  • Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and healthcare providers to support comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
  • Provide therapy services in early intervention, school-based, and pediatric therapy environments

Occupational Therapist Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Flexible 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Occupational Therapist Work Location
  • In person
  • Redding, CA and surrounding areas
  • Work settings may include early intervention programs, schools, and pediatric therapy environments.
