O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local therapy provider that is seeking a Registered and California-Licensed Occupational Therapist to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work with client demographics including pediatrics, school-aged children, and early intervention in school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, adaptable, and eager to provide exceptional care across multiple environments.

Occupational Therapist Compensation & Benefits
  • $41.00 – $57.70 per hour (based on experience)

  • Monday to Friday, flexible 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage schedules for client sessions
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement therapy programs tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and healthcare providers for comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes
Occupational Therapist Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
  • Current California Occupational Therapy License (required)
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school, or outpatient settings preferred; local candidates without experience may be trained
