O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable property management company to find their next Leasing Supervisor. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in property management and leasing operations. They should have excellent communication skills, the ability to train and supervise staff, and a strong understanding of tenant relations, lease administration, and property compliance requirements.
Leasing Supervisor Compensation:

Leasing Supervisor Qualifications:
• Previous experience in leasing or property management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to supervise, train, and delegate tasks to staff
• Familiarity with HUD, subsidies, lease administration, and tenant relations

Leasing Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Check voicemail, emails, and calendar appointments daily
• Oversee the front office and assist at the 3rd desk
• Answer phones promptly and assist tenants and walk-ins with general questions
• Review applications, rental references, and denial letters
• Process holding deposits and forfeits, review security deposit itemization
• Conduct lease renewals and rent increases
• Work with HUD repairs, subsidies, and new contracts
• Review 30-day notices to vacate and conduct 90-day reviews with the leasing department
• Delegate special projects and train all new employees in the leasing department
• Provide assistance to property managers, operations manager, and owner as needed
• Assist with new property setups and office supply management
