O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Medical Practice Company to find their next Front Desk & Member Care Coordinator. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The Front Desk & Member Care Coordinator is a key team member who bridges front-office hospitality with back-office coordination. This position combines the welcoming presence of a front desk representative with the detail-oriented focus of patient medication and attendance tracking. 

Front Desk & Member Care Coordinator Compensation:
  • $20 - $24 an hour
  • Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
  • Monday-Thursday Schedule
  • Initially 20 hours a week with possibility of growing into a full time role
 
Front Desk & Member Care Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a medical front office, addiction treatment, or behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus.
  • Compassionate, nonjudgmental attitude toward individuals in recovery.
 
Front Desk & Member Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments in coordination with clinical staff.
  • Check members in and out for appointments and group sessions.
  • Maintain accurate member records and verify insurance or demographic updates.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, scanning, and correspondence.
  • Track prescription schedules and ensure timely provider review and refill submissions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of medication intervals (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
  • Monitor member attendance for group sessions and follow up on missed appointments.
  • Track completion of required drug testing and document results in the EMR.
  • Communicate with members regarding appointment reminders, medication timing, and care updates.
  • Collaborate with the operations and counseling teams to ensure every member’s progress is supported and documented.
