Financial Advisor Compensation:
 • $65,000 – $95,000 annually DOE
 • Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2

Financial Advisor Qualifications:
 • Active Series 6 or 7 license required
 • Active Series 63 or 65 license required
 • Series 4 is a plus
 • Previous experience in financial services or advisory roles
 • Strong understanding of investment and retirement planning strategies
 • Must be able to pass a background check
 • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
 • Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients
 • Manage and grow a book of business
 • Provide investment recommendations based on client goals and risk tolerance
 • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
 • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
 • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
