O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable company to find their next Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining construction equipment, be reliable, have strong time management skills, a positive attitude, and preferably own their own tools. A clean DMV record is required to be covered under the company auto policy.

Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic Compensation:
- $35 per hour
- Medical and dental insurance available
- Paid holidays and vacation
Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
- Ability to perform both major and minor equipment repairs and maintenance
- Good attitude, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred to have own tools
- Clean DMV record required
Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain various construction equipment
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Follow all safety protocols while performing work
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Support team in keeping equipment in optimal working condition
