Customer Service Representative
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable company to find their next Customer Service Representative. This position is based in Redding, California.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent service to customers.

Customer Service Representative Compensation:
  • $16.90 – $23.70 per hour (depending on experience)

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service or office experience for Associate level
  • 2+ years of customer service or office experience for Representative level
  • Call center or order processing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
  • Ability to type 40 WPM and use 10-key by touch
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders via web, email, fax, and phone
  • Enter orders accurately into the company system
  • Prepare order acknowledgements, packing slips, and shipping documentation
  • Assist customers with product pricing, availability, shipping costs, and order status updates
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to support order fulfillment
  • Follow up with internal departments regarding orders, backorders, and customer issues
  • Assist with resolving customer questions or concerns
  • Prepare additional shipping or order documentation as needed
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
