O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable bakery to find their next Customer Service Associate. This position is based in Redding, CA.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for great food and community connection.

Customer Service Associate Compensation:
•     $16.50 plus tips
•    Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
•    3-4 days a week

Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
•    Previous customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to multitask in a busy environment
•    Dependable and punctual with a team-first mindset
•    Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
•    Greet customers with a warm, positive attitude
•    Assist customers with bakery selections and answer product questions
•    Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accuracy
•    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
•    Package bakery items with care and attention to detail
•    Support team members with restocking, inventory, and light food prep as needed
•    Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
