O2 Staffing is working with a local property management company to find a Maintenance / Custodian to assist with the day-to-day upkeep of their properties. This is a part-time, long-term position offering flexible scheduling approximately 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Property Maintenance Technician Benefits:
  • $21.00-$23.00/hour, depending on experience

Property Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Perform custodial cleaning of common areas including:
    • Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
    • Taking out trash and replacing liners
    • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
    • Cleaning windows and other surfaces as needed
  • General property maintenance and upkeep as assigned
  • Notify management of any repair needs or safety concerns
  • Ensure that all areas are maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition
  • Light groundskeeping duties as required

Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Prior property maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving equipment or trash
  • Reliable and professional work ethic
