O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Company to find their next Club Administrator. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced youth sports environment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a team-first mindset. 

Club Administrator Compensation:
  • $25 per hour
  • Part-time role with the intention to grow into full-time
  • Hybrid role with both remote work and on-site presence

Club Administrator Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
  • Comfort using online management systems, spreadsheets, and email platforms 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
  • Professional, calm, and customer-service-oriented demeanor 
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in youth sports administration or nonprofit organizations 
  • Experience with registration platforms  
  • Bookkeeping or administrative background
 
Club Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Support seasonal registration processes (Fall, Winter, Spring) 
  • Assist with roster management, age group coordination, and league compliance 
  • Serve as a point of contact for general club inquiries via email, phone, and online systems Communication & Customer Service 
  • Respond promptly and professionally to parent, player, and coach questions 
  • Assist in drafting and distributing club-wide communications (emails, announcements, reminders) 
  • Help coordinate schedules, updates, and changes with families and staff 
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach when handling concerns or issues Technology & Systems Management 
  • Manage and update club management platforms (e.g., BYGA, registration systems) 
  • Ensure accurate practice schedules, game schedules, and field assignments are published 
  • Assist with payment tracking, invoices, and coordination with bookkeeping 
  • Support data organization for reporting, planning, and board use
  • Assist with processing registrations, payments, refunds, and credits 
  • Coordinate with the club bookkeeper on billing questions and parent inquiries 
  • Track uniform orders, spirit packs, and vendor communications 
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
