O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local therapy provider that is seeking a Registered and California-Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work with client demographics including pediatrics, school-aged children, and early intervention in school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, adaptable, and eager to support treatment plans and provide exceptional care across multiple environments.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Compensation & Benefits

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Responsibilities
  • Carry out treatment sessions by following therapist-directed treatment plans
  • Attend meetings to present therapist treatment plans
  • Coordinate treatment schedules
  • Support therapy programs in pediatric, school-aged, and early intervention settings
  • All other duties as assigned
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements
  • Registered and California-licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (required)
  • Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program (required)
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • Relocation to Redding, CA before starting work (required)
  • Three unrelated references required (at least two from past employers or educational institutions)
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school, or outpatient settings preferred; local candidates without experience may be trained
