Carpet Cleaner
O2 Employment Services is working with a local Carpet Cleaning Company who is looking for a Carpet Cleaner. This is a part-time role in Redding, CA.

Compensation of the Carpet Cleaner:
  • $20 per hour
  • Part-time: 20 to 30 hours per week
  • Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
Qualifications of the Carpet Cleaner:
  • Previous carpet cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicle 
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture (up to 50 lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities of the Carpet Cleaner:
  • Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning using professional equipment and techniques
  • Operate and maintain cleaning machinery, such as extractors and vacuums
  • Pre-treat stains and apply cleaning agents as needed for optimal results
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
  • Move furniture as needed to ensure thorough cleaning
  • Complete daily paperwork, job logs, and customer invoices
  • Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding job progress
