O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Company to find their next Billing & Contracts Clerk. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage billing, contract processing, and administrative support while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.
Billing & Contracts Clerk Compensation:
- $20.50 – $22.50 per hour

Billing & Contracts Clerk Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and CRM programs
- Experience with billing/accounting software (SAGE training provided)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Team player who is punctual, reliable, and adaptable
- Ability to pass a drug screen and a physical
- Ability to perform job duties, including sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds
Billing & Contracts Clerk Responsibilities:
Billing
- Process daily invoicing of work orders
- Prepare and distribute monthly A/R reports and statements
Contract Processing
- Manage and process contracts, including creation, billing, tracking, and job costing
- Process support contract invoices and quality audit emails
- Close contracts monthly and track contract payments
Administrative Support
- Schedule and track fleet maintenance
- Answer and process incoming calls
- Create work orders from customer calls (backup dispatcher)
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Handle daily mail distribution and office supply ordering
