Lube Technician / Oil Changer
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local automotive dealership seeking a reliable and experienced Lube Technician / Oil Changer. This role is ideal for someone who is confident performing routine maintenance, works efficiently, and takes pride in delivering quality service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Lube Technician / Oil Changer – Compensation & Benefits
  • $18.00 - $20.00 per hour per hour
  • Medical, dental, vision, and term-life insurance available 
  • Full-time opportunity – Monday through Friday

Lube Technician / Oil Changer – Qualifications
  • Previous experience performing oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance required
  • Strong understanding of routine service procedures and safety practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
  • Basic hand tools preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Lube Technician / Oil Changer – Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, fluid services, and filter replacements
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and report any concerns to service advisors
  • Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid
  • Inspect tires, perform rotations, and check tire pressure
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all dealership procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines
