There are currently two roles open: a long-term and 90-day temp role. Both positions offer the opportunity to work with client demographics including pediatrics, school-aged children, and early intervention in school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, adaptable, and eager to support treatment plans and provide exceptional care across multiple environments.

- Substance-Use Prevention & Early Intervention: Screen for risk factors and early signs of substance use. (non-clinical). Provide evidence-based education, brief interventions, and referrals to specialized support.
- Mentoring & Relationship Building: Meet with assigned youth for goal-setting, life-skills coaching, and encouragement. Facilitate group or peer to peer workshops on leadership, communication, career exploration, and healthy choices. Serve as a positive role model, exemplifying integrity, respect, and accountability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and outcome data in our case-management system. Apricot software proficiency is a plus but not required—strong computer skills are essential. Prepare monthly reports for funders and stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with local schools, groups, and service agencies. Represent Youth Options Shasta at community events.

- Assists Leaves Specialist with processing and administering leave-of-absence requests, disability accommodation and paperwork based on federal, state, and local guidelines.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, and conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR federal, state, and local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides HR policy creation, guidance and interpretation, input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.

Associate Warehouse Clerk – Order Picker Compensation:
• $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Associate Warehouse Clerk – Order Picker Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 years of prior warehouse or production experience
• High school diploma required
• High school diploma required
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with numbers and part sequences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Good math, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle small items with dexterity and count accurately
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus

• Process hazardous materials and include required SDS documentation
• Properly pack, seal, label, and prepare shipments for delivery
• Utilize shipping software to calculate rates and produce shipping labels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, customer service, and sales teams
• Assist with special projects and provide backup support as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
