O2 Employment Services is working with a local masonry contractor in Redding, CA to find their next Construction Laborer. This position supports a variety of masonry projects including stone, brick, and block work.
The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Construction Laborer (Masonry) Compensation:
- $20.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and performance.

Construction Laborer (Masonry) Qualifications:
- Basic construction knowledge is required.
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately.
- Experience or familiarity with masonry work such as stone, brick, and block is preferred.
- Ability to safely operate or learn equipment such as a wet saw.
- Comfortable working on scaffolding and around active construction sites.
- Ability to lift materials, including bags of mortar.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to follow direction.
Construction Laborer (Masonry) Responsibilities:
- Assist with masonry projects including stone, brick, and block installation.
- Measure and cut materials using a wet saw and other tools.
- Mix and handle mortar and other materials.
- Work on scaffolding while maintaining a safe job site.
- Support the team with general labor duties as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
