Welder/Fabricator
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable manufacturing company to find their next Welder/Fabricator. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, be comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings, and take pride in producing high-quality, precise work while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Welder/Fabricator Compensation:
  • $20–$25 per hour (DOE)
  • Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:
  • Certification in welding (AWS, ASME preferred)
  • Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel locally and out-of-town as needed (mileage reimbursed per company policy)
Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and assembly
  • Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of welding equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time
