O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable company to find their next Retail Customer Service Representative. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will be polished, personable, and sales-driven, with a strong personality and excellent customer service skills. This individual should be confident explaining products to customers and able to break down technical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way. A positive attitude and a welcoming smile are a must!

Retail Customer Service Representative Compensation:
•    $20–$25 per hour
•    Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
•    Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays

Retail Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
•    Strong customer service and sales experience
•    Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical products clearly
•    Professional and polished demeanor
•    Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
•    Knowledge of batteries 

Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
•    Greet and assist customers in a retail environment
•    Recommend products and provide knowledgeable explanations
•    Process sales transactions
•    Light inventory handling
•    Maintain a clean and organized showroom
